As an author of a booklet related to the famous industrialist Sir William Price published in 1988, Carl Beaulieu has been a book publisher since that time. Interested to corporate history with the publication of a master essay related to scottish entrepreneur Benjamin Alexander Scott, he is the founder of a publishing company Les Éditions du Patrimoine (Heritage publishing) which enabled the publication of biographies related to entrepreneurial families and major entrepreneurs as well as a corporate history book. Among his books are L'alliance écossaise au Québec (The Scottish alliance in Quebec) which brought him an award in 2002 from the Quebec Thistle Council. The Irish Tradition is a portrait depicting the irish pioneers, the "architects" who shaped the economic, political life and the international scene of written and audio arts.
